I realize this isn’t ‘my story’ on here, however, it will be soon.  I am just revamping so please bare with me 🙂

Well, Raw Foodists, its nice to be back and to see you back living the dream of Raw Foodism. 🙂  I know that I am exited about whats happening and the explosion of people reaching for better health and wellness.  Raw Food, Juicing, Smoothies and the list goes on of all the ways we can help ourselves and those loved ones around us.  Heck, we can even feed our dogs a Raw Food Diet and help them live a better life.

I am so looking forward to hearing from you this year and helping each other to make a difference in the lives of other people.  A great man once said … “If you help enough other people get what they want, you will automatically get what you want”. … Zig Ziegler.  A brilliant man and one that made a huge positive difference to many  thousands of people during his time on this planet.

So lets travel together and make a difference.  Please continue to stay in touch and Happy New Year.

    Come to Haiti and eat all the fresh food. The markets smell wonderful, and you should see the meat. Real fresh with flies all over :)…..I have been eating goat here as well. Really tasty…..you just gotta be here.
